Pneumatic Conveying Systems
Air Dynamics has extensive experience and a proven track record in handling various types of materials, including Powdered solids, powders, lumps, and granules, through pneumatic conveying systems. These systems are specifically designed and customized to meet the unique requirements of each application.
Pneumatic Conveying Systems
- Lean Phase Conveying System: Air Dynamics specializes in Lean Phase Conveying Systems, which are designed to transport materials using a low-pressure, high-velocity airflow. In this system, a mixture of air and the material being conveyed moves through the pipelines. The material is carried in suspension, with a low concentration in relation to the air. Lean Phase Conveying Systems are efficient for conveying lighter materials over longer distances
- Medium Phase Pneumatic Conveying Systems: Air Dynamics also offers Medium Phase Pneumatic Conveying Systems. These systems operate with a higher material-to-air ratio compared to Lean Phase Conveying. The material is transported in a semi-dense phase, meaning it has a moderate concentration in relation to the air. Medium Phase Conveying Systems are suitable for conveying materials that are slightly heavier or have certain flow characteristics.
- Bag Filter: Air Dynamics offers Bag Filters, which are used to remove dust and fine particles from the conveying air or gas. The Bag Filter acts as a filtration system, capturing the particles and allowing clean air or gas to pass through. This helps maintain a clean and dust-free environment during the pneumatic conveying process.
- Rotary Air Lock Valve: Rotary Air Lock Valves are essential components in pneumatic conveying systems. They are used to regulate the flow of material between different sections of the system, ensuring a steady and controlled transfer. The Rotary Air Lock Valve acts as a seal, preventing air leakage while allowing the material to pass through in a measured manner.
- Dust Cyclone: Air Dynamics utilizes Dust Cyclones, which are cyclonic separators designed to remove dust and larger particles from the conveying air or gas. The Dust Cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate the particles, directing them into a collection chamber while allowing clean air or gas to continue through the system. This helps maintain air quality and prevent particle buildup in the pneumatic conveying process.
