Air Classifier

• AIR DYNAMICS manufactures and supplies an Air classifier, ideally suited for the classification of crushed sand.
• Air classifier is a Dry classification method, wherein no water is required.
• It separates ultra-fines, 75 microns/150 microns.
• It is much more economical due to the lower setup cost and no water wastage.
• We have 25/50/75/100 T/h capacity models.

 

Working Principal

• Air classifiers combine gravitational and aerodynamic forces to efficiently classify materials at cut points.
• The feed material and primary air enter the top of the unit and travel downwards.
• It then exits through the vanes, carrying fine particles with it.
• The heavy coarse particles fall to the bottom, thus ultrafine particles are removed and finally coarse material is classified.
• The air with ultrafine particles will enter the pulse jet filter, and then the air is discharged to the atmosphere.
